User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an official offer (public offer) by the Limited Liability Company Production Enterprise "Promodyag" (hereinafter referred to as "LLC PE Promodyag") to enter into a contract under the terms outlined below. Acceptance of this offer is a mandatory condition for using the website and services provided through it.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement defines the terms of use of the LLC PE Promodyag website and governs the relationship between LLC PE Promodyag and the User who visits the website to obtain information or place orders for goods.
1.2. By using the website, the User confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the provisions of this Agreement.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. LLC PE Promodyag undertakes to:

  • Protect the personal data of Users in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

2.2. The User undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and when placing orders.
  • Not use the website for illegal purposes or any activities that may harm LLC PE Promodyag.

3. Personal Data and Confidentiality

3.1. The User agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of service provision, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3.2. LLC PE Promodyag undertakes not to disclose personal data without the User's consent, except as required by law.

4. Order and Payment Procedures

4.1. The agreement between the User and LLC PE Promodyag is concluded at the moment the order is placed on the website.
4.2. Payment for goods is made in accordance with the terms specified on the website. Payment details: IBAN UA793001190000026008174747001, JSC "BANK ALLIANCE", MFO 300119.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. LLC PE Promodyag is responsible for the quality of goods and their timely delivery within the territory of Ukraine.
5.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing the order.

6. Amendments to the Agreement

6.1. LLC PE Promodyag reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The current version is always available on the website.
